Best of Care, Inc. is an agency that renders Homemaker/Home Health Aide services in the privacy of a person’s home. We offer round the clock, 24 hour service/7 days a week including holidays. These services provide the following:
- An alternative to expensive care in nursing homes, chronic care hospitals, retirement homes, etc.;
- Personalized care from homemakers/Home Health Aides that is lacking in other healthcare settings;
- A link to the outside world for those that are limited by the effects of illness, disease or aging;
- A happier and more emotionally secure home life;
- Companionship and human contact that all people need;
- Skills needed to maintain semi-independence or return people to full independence
Home Health Aide Services:
- Assistance with bathing (bed, tub, shower, sponge) and dressing
- Assistance with teeth and mouth care
- Assistance in and out of bathroom and with toileting
- Assistance with ambulation and transfers
- Implementation of physical therapy and exercise programs
- Prepare and serve normal diets
- Vital signs
- Light housekeeping, bedmaking and patient’s laundry
Homemaker Services:

Private Duty Homemaker/Home Health Aide Services:
- Homemaker/Home Health Aide services for those who are above the minimum income requirements for state funded health care but still wish to receive assistance and care. Contact Best of Care for private duty rates.
Hospice Care:
- Care to persons that are terminally ill
Live-in Care:
- Homemakers and Home Health Aides who stay in their client’s home
Respite Care:
- to relieve the primary care givers responsible for caring for persons with sensory deprivations (i.e. hearing, sight, etc.) or developmental disabilities
Re-motivation:
- work with persons that are withdrawn or disoriented
Psychiatric Home Care Services
- Certified home health aides will prompt, cue and provide hands-on assistance with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, toileting, eating, and medication reminders. Aides can also perform light housekeeping, laundry and groceries.
